What Private Label Means Here
Private label is the shortest route from our catalog to your own brand. You choose stock styles or a developed design, and we attach your woven label, care label, hang tag and packaging before the goods leave the factory. Nothing about the garment has to change for a stock style to carry your name: the difference is in the labelling, the artwork and the packing standard. Brands use this route to test a range without a full development cycle, then move the winners into custom production. Both routes run in our own factory, and both keep your artwork and label specification on file so a reorder matches the first run.
From Artwork to Retail-Ready Cartons
1. Choose the Route
Stock style with your label — fastest, no pattern work. Modified stock — a stock style with your fabric, colour or trim. Full custom — a new design developed from your reference, which runs through the OEM/ODM process. Tell us the route, the style list and the market you are selling into.
2. Artwork & Label Specification
Send your logo files, the label copy you need printed (fibre composition, care instructions, country of origin, size) and any barcode, GTIN or FNSKU data. We return a label specification sheet and packing dieline for written approval before anything is produced.
3. Labels & Trims
Woven main labels, printed care and size labels, hang tags, ribbon and seal tags are produced to your artwork and attached at the position you specify. For EU sales we print fibre composition and care symbols to your instruction; final label compliance stays with your brand.
4. Packaging & Retail Prep
Poly bags, tissue, hangers, size stickers and retail cartons are packed to your requirement, including barcode and marketplace labels. Cartons can follow a store planogram or a size ratio, with carton marks and packing lists to match.
5. Inspection on Branded Goods
Flat measurements are audited against the approved size chart, then a final AQL inspection covers stitching, colour shading, label position, barcode scannability and packing. Third-party inspection can be booked before goods leave the factory.
6. Shipping & Reorders
We ship by sea, air and express courier from Guangzhou under the Incoterm you choose. Your approved artwork and label specification stay on file, so a repeat order is produced to the same standard without resubmitting files.

Private Label FAQ
What is the minimum order for private label?
Stock styles can be labelled from a small trial run, and bulk pricing starts at 10 pieces per style and colour. Fully custom private-label programs typically start at 100–300 pieces per style and colour. Send the style list and the label type and we will confirm the exact minimum before you commit.
Can I mix styles and sizes in one private-label order?
Yes. Mixed styles, colours and sizes are normal for a first order. We pack to your size ratio, and cartons can be marked per style so a distributor can receive them without re-sorting.
What artwork do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) for the logo, the exact label copy including fibre composition, care instructions, country of origin and size, plus barcode or GTIN data. A single-colour logo keeps woven labels cleanest; we will tell you if a file needs redrawing before production.
How long does a private-label order take?
Label production is scheduled with the garment order. Stock styles leave the normal 20-hour dispatch window once a label is being sewn in or attached, so branded orders are quoted with their own lead time. Custom programs run 6–10 weeks as with OEM/ODM. We confirm the date in writing with the quotation.
Who is responsible for label compliance?
Your brand is the legal seller, so label compliance for your market stays with you. We print to your written specification and can advise on what EU, UK and US buyers usually require, but we do not certify your label copy.
Can you produce trademarked characters or logos?
Only for buyers who hold the relevant authorization. Send the licence or written permission with the artwork. Stock designs are style interpretations, not licensed reproductions, and IP clearance in your market is the brand owner’s responsibility.
